After the installation done by the Urban Company assistant, he said the product has a fault, making a huge sound and water coming out without touching the sensor. So he suggested we keep the replacement of the product. Please send the replacement filter as soon as possible.

Poor service of their RO (Native)
Other services may be OK, but for their own RO Native brand, I would suggest strong NO. They commit 2 years warranty, but it is very difficult to catch hold them in that period as there is no outgoing CC number working, no body is opening their HELP window chat in Native RO page for which they advertise for immediate help, n if u want to call in the name of other RO, that is chargeable.
Yes, when ur 2 years r complete, they will call u 10 times a day one way to replace filter as it will give them 1/3 price of ur original Native RO price. My RO tap got damaged within one hour of filter replacement, which was working since 2 years fine, new tubings got leakage n I cud not track these ppl or that technician for 5 days (think RO is Essential service).

I had booked Insta service for a friend who is very old. Person allotted was Tsheringma.
She completed the service to our complete satisfaction. But UC has told her that this is irregular and cancelled her account.

Booked a cleaner at 5 PM, the professional was supposed to arrive in 24 mins. Never arrived!!!
Wasted my time and energy with the customer care from 5:35 PM till 9:11 PM. They are so undertrained and unprofessional that they couldn't book another cleaner because apparently the first one didn't see that there was a booking for her and then refused to come. On top of that, the customer care and the professional are both calling me separately. Customer care is telling me the cleaner is reaching shortly and the cleaner is telling me that she can't make it. Horrible communication I must say.
Ended up paying for a hotel stay, as we did pest control in our house and it needed to be deep cleaned before we enter the house given I have a 4-month-old baby.
To pacify the situation, the company offered me a 10 AED coupon. So funny and disrespectful.
And this was not a one-time experience, foolish of me to trust them. I only booked with them as they were promising to deliver the service in 24 mins when the other apps were not giving me that option. In reality, I ended up wasting my entire evening and a messy house.
